The pulverized coal injection system utilizes a metering pump single-pipe conveying system. Four static distributors are installed on the lance platform, with two distributors serving one kiln chamber each. Each distributor splits into 16 (or 17) pipelines connected to coal injection lances via wear-resistant rubber hoses, ensuring consistent equivalent lengths.

The static distributors employ a disc-type design, offering high distribution accuracy (up to 95% uniformity). Due to the fixed flow path of coal powder and carrier gas, the system achieves minimal pressure loss and no ash accumulation. Additionally, regulating valves are installed at the inlet of each lance, allowing flow adjustment for individual lances based on furnace conditions.
